These signs are genuine hand made enamel, they are not screen printed. Signs constructed on high grade pressed steel plate which is 2 mm in depth then coated with three layers of vitreous enamel.

 

The steel is initaly pressed to obtain a slight "bow" which creates a true three dimensional effect bringing the total raised depth of the sign to approximately 8mm.
